Any new implementation, regardless of scale, is an undertaking that impacts on your business. To ensure that the impact is only a positive one, that maximum benefit is secured with minimum disruption, Axxia appoints a skilled project manager to control all aspects of the roll-out. From pre-sales negotiations to final handover, they act as the fulcrum for the client/supplier relationship and are responsible for the timely, on budget delivery of the agreed project plan.

For users to reap real advantage from their investment, it is not just a question of technology. One needs to factor in people and process too. But getting early positive adoption, encouraging that critical step change is hugely aided by delivering systems that work as they should from day one.
