From pre-sales negotiations to final handover, they act as the fulcrum for the client/supplier relationship and are responsible for the timely, on budget delivery of the agreed project plan.

For users to reap real advantage from their investment, it is not just a question of technology. One needs to factor in people and process too. But getting early positive adoption, encouraging that critical step change is hugely aided by delivering systems that work as they should from day one. Too often poor implementation cripples project hopes at birth - that's why an Axxia team is always a balanced mix of IT technicians, accounts and BPM specialists and legal process engineers that work in harness with the client team to fully prepare the IT ground.
