The Axxia FM service is therefore built around removing cost or supplying capability. It is still tailored on a bespoke basis to fit user requirements and allows for the outsourcing of most aspects of law firm infrastructure. For example:

• Remote ‘hands and eyes’ monitoring of systems including software updates, anti-virus updates, Exchange admin,  load balancing, back-ups etc. Actual scope to be determined by client
• Remote ‘eyes only’ monitoring of systems with alerts to client staff
  Server/database admin  demanding specific skills eg Unix, Informix
• Potential hosting of servers and/or applications
