Data can be defined at entity level and procedures set up to govern user access and permissions to update. Axxia dna* allows for the setting up of complex entity structures to enable all involvements to be clearly tracked and managed.
Client and matter maintenance is a key administrative task for any user and dna* helps speed and simplify the process while ensuring adherence to external rules and internal standards. You can design a workflow to exactly define the client and matter inception process, incorporating all regulatory checks such as money laundering and conflict checking and SAR-led corporate requirements such as client care and cost information letters. Different tasks can also be allocated to different resources, with fee earners for example entering basic data only, with finance adding their contribution, marketing theirs and administration making a final check on all data gathered – all governed by a single workflow or multiple linked workflows.
All enquires – case, client, financial, marketing – can be made directly from within dna*, with information availability to staff controlled by dna*’s security function.
