Axxia dna* radically simplifies the mapping of all the required steps in a case, as well as their amendment and application. First of all, the ability to map a workflow or case plan resides in-house and not with the supplier, making for quick, cost-effective deployment. The visual, non-programming environment of the Workflow Modelling Studio allows users to effortlessly build up any process - from a short form workflow to govern basic matter management requirements such as conflict checks or client care letters to a highly complicated, multi-branched workflow to help direct the most complex of cases. Once the case process is already defined, the actual drafting and production of a corresponding workflow takes just a few minutes. Such usability and accessibility is also designed to encourage continual refinement and re-engineering of processes, capturing input from users to enable development of best practice workflows. Workflow diagrams can also be viewed and navigated through by a fee earner, to aid assessment of requirements, progress and timelines.
