Once the case process is already defined, the actual drafting and production of a corresponding workflow takes just a few minutes. Such usability and accessibility is also designed to encourage continual refinement and re-engineering of processes, capturing input from users to enable development of best practice workflows. Workflow diagrams can also be viewed and navigated through by a fee earner, to aid assessment of requirements, progress and timelines.
