News on the latest dna* signing and more from the Axxia team Down Under
- Axxia has announced that it has recently signed a further deal for its new business management system, dna*. Working with preferred supplier Siemens, Axxia will roll-out its web-based solution across the Office of the Pensions Ombudsman (OPO) as part of a wider overhaul of the OPO’s IT infrastructure. Deployed in a non-legal environment, dna will be used to manage in-coming enquiries, claims and complaints.
- Axxia Australia has demonstrated that it’s exciting times Down Under with news of a ‘triple whammy’ that well illustrates the dynamic nature of the market at the moment.
Two recent client wins have just gone live with the Axxia PMS and Case Manager: Sydney’s Carroll & O’Dea and Brisbane’s Trilby Misso. Personal injury specialist Trilby Misso is anticipating significant efficiency gains in its claims handling.
Additional staff and a move into larger premises also signal a new stage in the supplier’s development. Handily located on the edge of Sydney’s Central Business District and close to the airport, the new office will allow for substantial expansion as well as providing an attractive working environment.
Country manager Andrea Foot believes this is vital given her desire to build a strong and effective team to service her clients independently of the UK.
“We now have an operational unit here that can cover all areas, including projects and support. We’re currently five strong but will be looking to supplement our numbers further with a focus on case management skills – as case management is the growth area here we want to be in the best possible shape to exploit it and to be able to continue delivering quality solutions to law firms.”
