Pannone Solicitors adopts dna* platform

Pannone Solicitors is the latest high profile name to announce that it is moving to the Axxia dna*  platform. The ‘practice management meets business process management’ solution is seen as the best way to deliver an optimum operating environment for staff across the 700-strong firm, according to IT director David Griffiths.

“We’ve introduced a number of different applications over the years to help drive efficiency, productivity, compliance and customer satisfaction – but they’ve always remained discrete pieces of software. Axxia dna* gives us the opportunity to integrate them all seamlessly and deliver a holistic view of information via a single ‘super portal’, hugely simplifying accessibility and usability. Ultimately, we’re looking to secure a smooth, logical and rich interface for staff that works they way they need – and want – it to.”

When dna* was first launched, it was promoted as a gateway to a ‘command, control, connect and collaborate’ future – something that David Griffiths can identify with. “Deployment will certainly transform the connectivity and communication between every individual and every department within Pannone. This new open architecture will enable us for the first time to fully integrate our own BPM and bespoke systems with Axxia’s. We’re improving access to information, access to clients and access to each other.
